Gleaners Food Bank

About Us

Gleaners Food Bank & Tri-County Warehouse food network to local families, food banks within Hastings, Prince Edward and Northumberland county. We are a registered charity and our major work force comes from volunteers and alternative school and agency placements.

Everyone has the right to food security and an acceptable standard of living.

Therefore our mission is:
- to help feed the hungry.
- to assist those whom we serve attain a better quality of life.
- to collect, store and distribute food to local food banks within our catchment area.
- to provide additional food and supplies to local agencies, organizations and meal programs.
- to educate the public on poverty issues.
