Pathways to Independence is a registered not for profit agency that provides community based living support to people with impairments in cognitive functioning. We provide case management, residential options, day and vocational programs and services in communities throughout South East Ontario to adults with a developmental disability, or an acquired brain injury or those who may be duly diagnosed. Pathways to Independence is fully accredited by the Commission for the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
