More than 1 in 2 people struggling with their mental health are not getting the help they need\, and one in four Canadians have been experiencing high levels of anxiety.  Dedicated to moving mental health forward\, Bell Let's Talk promotes awareness\, understanding and action. \n\n"Let's Talk over Breakfast" with We Thrive about what it means to feel good.  Many of us are used to just sucking it up\, and ignoring our symptoms of burnout\, anxiety\, and depression.  Let's Talk isn't just about a crisis moment\, but all the moments and when we need to pay attention to the signs that ourselves\, or perhaps a friend or colleague is not 'fine'. \n\nThis is the first breakfast of 2024\, and following the presentation from We Thrive\, we would like to take the opportunity to introduce your Chamber Board members for 2024.  \n\nTHIS IS THE FIRST OFFICIAL MEETING OF MEMBERS FOR 2024.
