All of the thai food prepared by Chef Chana is done so in the exact same fashion as she was taught by her parents and grand parents.
Adjusted only to meet the North American palate for heat, it is original Thai. With most of her recipes showcasing Central Thailand cuisine, she does do some Northeastern dishes as well.
Chef Chana loves to experiment and has created some great fusion foods, where East meets West. Sliders done with a spicy lemongrass tomato sauce. Curry Puffs stuffed with local cheese. Just a couple of examples of what she has done!
