Ryan Williams, MP

About Us

Before being elected as MP, Ryan was President of Williams Hotels and a City Councillor for the City of Belleville.

As a councillor, Ryan was instrumental in starting Belleville’s Pop-Ups on the Bay, as well as its Economic and Destination Development Committee in Belleville, as Chair.

His life experience from his formative years in the travel, hospitality and tourism sector have shown him the value of customer service, which helps him better serve his constituents.

Ryan is Past-President of Bay of Quinte Tourism and the Bay of Quinte Living Council. Ryan is the Past-Chair and Founder of QuinteVation which aimed to develop a more innovative Bay of Quinte. He is also an entrepreneur and co-owner of Hops on Board which provides service to a key sector in the Bay of Quinte.

Ryan is a strong believer in volunteerism and has spent large part of his life helping charity and causes in our community. He has been recognized for his commitment with: the Business Volunteer of the Year award (2015), Paul Harris Fellow from Rotary International, and a Canada 150 Community recipient (2017).

Ryan is married to Allyson Williams and has three children, Jack, Patrick, and Zooey.
